Copies, probably from 1859 and 1861, of two royal orders issued for the queen by Leopoldo O'Donnell, ministro de la Guerra y de Ultramar in San Ildefonso on Aug. 18, 1859 and in Madrid on Dec. 5, 1860, concerning requests from treasury officials for supplementary credit to cover raises for military salaries.
